Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people overcome barriers and find meaningful work As an Employment Support Consultant (ESC) youll be at the heart of life-changing journeys empowering clients to build their confidence develop skills and move closer to sustainable employment.

About the role

In this role youll lead engaging case management create personalised career action plans run workshops and support clients every step of the way as they navigate challenges and prepare for the workforce.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist clients with digital onboarding assess digital capability recommend adjustments and demonstrate the use of Campus software and Omni Channel support
  • Confirm if the client has a resume and upload it to JobReady and MyGov or create a basic resume if required
  • Use OPUS Assessment results intake forms and job goal discussions to create a basic Job Plan
  • Schedule and facilitate capacity-building workshops prepare materials ensure attendance and maintain a varied timetable
  • Identify and plan suitable capacity-building activities with clients using the Campus Action Plan
  • Arrange activities aligned with client goals submit progress fees with evidence and record attendance and progress
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing engagement with clients to support motivation goal setting and pathway planning

  • Frontline experience within an employment services provider

Required qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications include (but are not limited to): Certificate IV or higher in Community Services Employment Services Disability Support Career Development or related fields
  • Must hold a current approved Working with Children Check
