Land Rover Encore Specialist & Lot Porter

Encore Specialist Duties (Front & Center):
Your mission Make luxury feel personaland keep those satisfaction scores sparkling.
- Lead the Encore experience with personality and poise. Youll help new Land Rover owners fall in love with their vehicles one tech demo at a time.
- Conduct custom Encore delivery sessions that are equal parts high-touch and high-tech.
- Submit Encore claims like a proaccurately promptly and with pride.
- Follow up after delivery to answer questions and keep that new-car glow going.
- Recommend and promote genuine Land Rover accessories like youre a personal stylistbecause personalization is the new luxury.
- Stay CSI-obsessed: Your follow-through helps drive our customer satisfaction scores to the top of the charts.
- Keep your Land Rover IQ razor-sharp with ongoing product knowledge and updates.
- Offer concierge-level support: from syncing smartphones to mastering in-car features like navigation and driver assistance tech.
Lot Porter Duties (Behind-the-Scenes Hero):
While the Encore side is all glam your porter duties are the polished bow on top.
- Ensure the lot looks like a showroom runway at all times: clean organized and ready to impress.
- Move wash fuel and stage vehicles for display and client appointments.
- Help with inventory tracking key management and vehicle logistics.
- Support dealership events and make those VIP touches look effortless.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Confidence with a side of charismayoure great with people and even better with tech.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- A natural knack for customer service sales and presentation.
- Bonus points for prior experience in automotive roles (but not required if youve got the spark).

Compensation:
