Where youll be:

This position will be based in Springfield TN.

All about the role:

As Manufacturing Engineer you will drive or participate in assigned Manufacturing Engineering projects and new Product Industrialization projects This person will plan design develop and implement manufacturing process/automations material validation (powder chemicals water treatment furnace process etc).

As this position encompasses various activities and you will have the opportunity to be involved in high technical level projects we offer you growth and learning experience where you can maximize both your professional and social skill set. In exchange we count on your commitment curiosity and eagerness to create added value.

What youll do:

  • Development optimization and preparation of layouts process and enamel application on cavities of cookers and ovens flat metal parts and cooktops.

  • Responsible for development/implementation of advanced enameling surface treatment.

  • Provide support for R&D in development products and will introduce them at manufacturing according to Global guidelines and Electrolux requirements.

  • Guarantee the best manufacturing cost performance safety requirements and quality to any new implementation (Process and machines).

  • Work with continuous improvement and be familiar with KPIs as OEE MTTR and MTBF.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (preferable chemistry).

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

  • Lean Manufacturing experience.

  • Production Engineering and Process know-how capabilities of automated assembly equipment experience.

  • Ergonomic time and Methods / MTM.

  • Strong Excel PowerPoint and Word skills.
