You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcing Assistant to join our busy in-house Recruitment team.
This is a varied role to provide pivotal support to the Resourcing Specialists by providing a comprehensive recruitment administration service from arranging interviews to coordinating the offer process.
You will be joining an innovative and forward-thinking team with a passion for providing a first-class service to candidates and hiring you are passionate about providing managers and candidates with a fantastic experience during their recruitment journey with Platform then we would love to hear from you.

Some things we need from you:
We are looking for an experienced administrator with experience of producing and coordinating employee correspondence. You will also need a positive and flexible approach to your work with the ability to juggle differing priorities.
Your strong verbal and written communication skills will come into play as you liaise with hiring managers and candidates in a professional and friendly manner. You will need strong attention to detail experience of inputting data into a database or system and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
As the role is home-based you will need to be able to work unsupervised have good organisation skills and the ability to juggle a busy reactive workload.
Whilst this is a home-based role you will be required to travel to our offices for meetings at least once or twice per month. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park Worcester.
