As an (Inbound) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing tactics to attract engage and convert our target audience into qualified leads. Your primary focus will be the conversion of product (positioning) documents into high-quality content optimizing digital channels and leveraging analytics to drive demand for our Cloud Solution Workbench.
Planning creation and distribution of target group-relevant content (blog posts whitepapers video content landing pages social posts etc.)
Optimization of all channels especially the website to improve organic reach
Setting up marketing for a digital / product-led customer journey including appropriate marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)
Close collaboration with product management to align product positioning product-related marketing stories competitive landscape insights and current hot topics
Ongoing performance monitoring and continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Management of external agencies and freelancers
Your profile
You bring at least 4 years in (inbound) marketing in a software company
You are familiar with the challenges faced by software architects and software developers
You have experience in dealing with technical content that resonates with a developer audience
You have high degree of creativity and own ideas in combination with a structured way of working
Your know how to use your skills in data analysis to optimize campaigns
You have hands-on experience with marketing tools (in particular HubSpot)
You are fluent in written and spoken English & German
