Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finishing Manager located in Washington DC. The Finishing Manager will oversee quality control processes manage projects and handle day-to-day production management tasks. Responsibilities include supervising finishing operations ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards coordinating with the construction team and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage finishing operations in alignment with company standards.

Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets established requirements.

Coordinate with construction and project teams to achieve production goals.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage day-to-day production activities including scheduling and workflow.

Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Qualifications

Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills.

Expertise in Project Management and Production Management.

Solid understanding of Construction processes and techniques.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing and motivating a team.

Experience in architectural millwork or a related industry is a plus.
