Procurement Intern
Position Purpose: Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support procurement processes and gain exposure to sourcing vendor management and contract analysis in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing suppliers and evaluating vendor proposals
- Support data entry order processing and invoice reconciliation
- Help maintain procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
- Research market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Participate in supplier communications and relationship management
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a bachelors program (Business Supply Chain Management or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently with guidance
- Required 4 days in the office

- Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business
