THE WORK
In the Operations Program Manager role you will support programs in the Land and Maritime market segments. This role will include responsibility for financial performance and the execution of specific scope within those programs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Factory execution leadership- Facilitate Weekly Business Rhythms with Prod Ops Team to drive and hold them accountable to meet program commitments. Lead the Prod Ops Team to execute to overall plan. Addresses staffing resource and infrastructure needs for Operations/Manufacturing; ensure that Operations/Manufacturing is represented on appropriate IPTs
Program office interface- Act as the single POC/Lead for the Operations/Manufacturing activities on the program; represent theMSPOOperations/Manufacturing functional organization; responsible for the development and integration of all Operations/Manufacturing efforts within the program.
Responsible for the overall technical cost schedule and quality commitments and performance for the Production Operations scope within the program
Production Operations Proposal Estimator- Serve as Operations POC during Business Capture Phase by preparing production operations touch supp

WHO WE ARE
Our functional group the Operations Program Management team is composed of 30 professionals with a range of skill and experience. Our team serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs) responsible for material budget and operations labor scope. We are leaders in this organization who are the primary interfaces between line of business Program Management Operations Engineering Sourcing Quality or other company functions for production development and capture programs for Production Operations. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the TLS factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.

WHO YOU ARE
As an Operations Program Manager you will support programs in the Land and Maritime market segments. This role will include responsibility for financial performance and the execution of specific scope within those programs.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership skills

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Familiarity with Production Operations and Manufacturing environment

Demonstrated ability to drive work through a factory setting.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with program financials and CAM certification

Experience in Production Operations or working on programs

Ability to develop coordinate lead and execute daily priorities

Ability to work with limited supervision

Experience coordinating tasks and actions with multiple functions

Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams

Strong communication skills and the

Experience with SAP/COS or equivalent Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools

Familiarity with program financials and CAM certification

LM21 Green Belt Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma training

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day 3 days off per week
