Location: Greater London (within M25)
Salary: 70000 per annum

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Surveyor to join a surveying firm with a reputation for delivering bespoke detail-oriented services across Londons prime residential sector.
This role suits surveyors who value quality over volume and want to work in a collaborative client-focused environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed building surveys and valuations of residential properties across Greater London
- Limit of one survey per day to ensure accuracy and client care
- Build strong trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners
- Provide clear supportive advice and guidance throughout the property journey
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the business
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- AssocRICS MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential surveying within London
- VRS registered
- Level 3 Building Survey experience preferred but not essential
- Based within the M25 with good transport links across London
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven detail-oriented and committed to delivering a first-class service
