Job Description
OCU Group is driving the UKs energy transition through innovative infrastructure and utilities contracting.
Were looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost and contract management across complex construction projects.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor youll take ownership of cost planning contract negotiation and risk management from project inception to completion. Youll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost estimation budgeting and cost control across projects
- Manage contracts variations claims and disputes
- Oversee tendering and procurement processes
- Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Extensive experience in complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contracts procurement and cost management
