Pindrops IT Engineering team focuses on designing and integrating systems across our tech stack. In addition to IT projects and initiatives you will assist with the day-to-day support and operations of the Pindrop user base. What youll do

• Connect and integrate Pindrops IT systems and SaaS platforms using pre-built tools and customizations
• Analyze and design strategies to integrate disparate systems with deep understanding of business needs and technical requirements
• Utilize Okta and Workflows to automate management provisioning and communications between applications
• MDM implementation/engineering using Jamf Munki and AutoPkg(r)
• Administer other products such as Google Workspaces Slack Office 365 Duo and others
• Provide technical support to our internal users
• Automate and optimize IT infrastructure and processes using public Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Provide support for Windows infrastructure (Active directory services & AWS Workspace)

Who you are

• You have the ability to understand software and cloud platforms from the ground up become a subject matter expert on it and have the ability to troubleshoot configure and repair the platform and share your findings

• You are very self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
• You see a problem own it solve it and do it
• You have a passion for technology and are constantly researching new/emerging solutions
• You are not afraid to dig into technology youve never used before

Your skill-set:

5 years of experience in an IT support/engineering roleExtensive experience integrating third-party SaaS products into an Okta environment using both existing and customized toolingExperience with integrations between Okta and HRIS systems including data validation transformation mapping and automationExperience with automating systems using Okta workflowsExtensive knowledge of using SaaS APIs to build automation integrations or data transfers between SaaS productsExperience in administering Google Workspace and other common SaaS applications such as Slack and ZoomExperience supporting macOSExperience with Active Directory and Windows is scripting/python experienceExtensive help desk support experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills

The base pay for this position is generally between $75000 and $105000. Please note that the base pay range is a general guideline only. Pindrop considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position a candidates work experience education/training and key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of an annual discretionary bonus.
