Were looking for a Food Program Associate to join the Workplace Experience (WX) Team at Snap Inc! You will play a key role in executing our food program across the AMER region. Based in our Santa Monica Headquarters youll support our team in ensuring the regional program and local service delivery is maintained to a high standard and in compliance with local regional and global policies and guidelines. Working closely with a wide array of internal teams as well as external partners you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of onsite food through varied modes including onsite cafe catering food delivery credits in servicing our daily food program as well as catering for meetings and events and the overall employee workplace experience on a day to day basis. This role will partner closely with our third-party facilities/workplace team HR Procurement Finance Security IT business leaders and other cross-functional partners to provide services and programs that exemplify Snaps values: Kind Smart and Creative.
What youll do:
Partner with the Food Program Lead and other team members to support program execution track vendor and financial workflows and ensure consistency across sites and regions
Champion the food program experience reflecting Snaps values and creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace
Coordinate vendor communications and help evaluate service quality (e.g. CSAT food safety satisfaction); escalate issues to the FPL or Program Manager as needed
Contribute data and insights to RFP processes service reviews and strategic planning
Gather and maintain data from surveys MK templates CSAT and financial dashboards; ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets
Conduct cost-effectiveness and trend analysis to surface areas for improvement
Prepare and distribute recurring reports including vendor audits performance summaries and project timelines
Support financial tracking by organizing documentation and collaborating with the FPL and Finance Analyst
Serve as the primary contact for meal credit administration and related questions
Facilitate clear communication between the food team vendors and cross-functional partners
Track and respond to food-related inquiries and feedback; document recurring issues and assist in escalation
Partner with Regional Food Program Lead to ensure consistency and alignment across sites.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Possess a self-motivated work ethic with a sense of urgency capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Extremely detail-oriented demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal with the capacity to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong financial skills including the ability to review analyze and report on financial documents and proformas
Proven ability to initiate drive and complete projects with minimal guidance demonstrating both independence and collaborative team skills
A self-starter with creative thinking skills and a solid decision-making ability
Skilled in building relationships at all organizational levels and embodying the Snap values of being kind smart and creative
A process-driven mindset with a proven track record in identifying operational gaps and implementing innovative solutions
Experience in co-ordinating regional food operations and utilizing workplace facilities and space management systems is preferred
Should have a passion for Snaps core products i.e. Snapchat and AR!
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
Corporate food program experience
The role requires regular onsite work at a Snap Office Location and travel across the regions

Compensation
In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $107000-$161000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
