Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Epoxy Canner/Packager to join our production team. This role focuses on accurately filling sealing and labeling containers of epoxy and other chemical products. Ideal candidates work well in a fast-paced environment follow safety protocols and are team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Fill and package epoxy products in cans pails and drums
Seal and label containers according to specifications
Inspect product packaging for accuracy and quality
Operate scales pumps and sealing equipment
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Follow hazardous materials handling procedures
Assist in preparing orders for shipping and palletizing
Work Environment:
Plant environment
Fast-paced and team-driven
Exposure to hazardous materials
Temperature varies between 60F 80F
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing bending and lifting (5070 lbs regularly up to 100 lbs occasionally)
Repetitive motion and good motor coordination required
Must wear steel-toe shoes protective gloves and long-sleeve shirts daily
