Were looking for an energetic and motivated Recruitment Administrator to be the engine behind our hiring machine in Harrisburg. Youll help build our team from the ground up interviewing top talent leading onboarding and bringing energy into the office each day.
This is an onsight role working Closely with the Resdential Sales Manager to her build their Direct Sales team
Responsibilities
Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities
- Sourcing screening & scheduling interviews for entry-level sales roles
- Managing high-volume recruiting while keeping it professional & positive
- Partnering directly with the Residential Sales Manager on hiring needs
- Keeping the Harrisburg office organized vibrant & welcoming
- Owning candidate experience we want every interview to feel like a win
- Supporting HR operations including internal moves documentation onboarding etc.
Qualifications
