Job Description 2: Associate Workday HCM Testing
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of manual and automated test scripts for Workday HCM modules.
- Configure master data and security domains for Workday testing processes.
- Conduct functional testing for HCM modules including Recruiting Compensation and Payroll.
- Design detailed Test Scenarios and Test Cases based on Business process flow
- Support validation of Workday reports and integrations with other applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Workday implementations.
- Utilize test management tools (e.g. JIRA Zephyr) for tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to Agile and DevOps compliance during testing cycles.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 35 years of experience in Workday Testing with a focus on HCM modules.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing using tools like Tosca.
- Knowledge of Workday standard business processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications: Workday HCM Certification is preferred.
