Job Description

Were looking for a proactive technically skilled and customer-focused new team member to join Polestars Customer Experience (CX) team as an Engagement Specialist. You have a passion for operational excellence a strategic mindset and a desire to create the change we know is needed.


The opportunity

As an Engagement Specialist you will serve as the vital link between local Customer Engagement teams and Polestar HQ. The role is operational where you will handle escalated cases but also represent the operational voice within HQ ensuring that market needs are heard understood and acted upon. Youll support local operations drive performance improvements and ensure that the customer experience remains at the heart of everything we do.

This role involves regular collaboration with technical teams partners and stakeholders across the organization. Youll also lead and participate in projects and forums to ensure the operational perspective is integrated into strategic initiatives.

This position is based at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg Sweden.


The responsibilities

As a CX Engagement Specialist your main role is to support and connect local Customer Engagement teams with HQ ensuring seamless communication operational alignment and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solve complex escalated cases from markets or HQ management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with relevant materials.
  • Coordinate drive and document global initiatives and meetings.
  • Liaise with global and local technical teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
  • Keep market operations informed with up-to-date knowledge and information.
  • Ownership of key CX processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for local and global management teams.


    The ideal candidate

    You have an operational and technical background customer service mindset and strategic understanding. Youre comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and have the ability to influence and lead across teams.

    Your qualifications include:

    • Experience in technical customer service and/or contact center operations.
    • Automotive or EV industry experience.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in technical platforms and systems.
    • Analytical and reporting capabilities.
    • Project and change management experience.
    • Leadership and influencing skills.
