A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona is seeking for a motivated candidat to suport our efforts across European markets. This position provides hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry working closely with our marketing team in a dynamic collaborative environment. The mission is to ensure correct brand positioning in Europe by building a European marketing plan and developing a common marketing strategy and implementation among European markets of the new launches for the 3 brands.
What do we look for in the ideal candidate
- Ensure a common and comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation for 3 brands across Europe including new launches and promotions.
- Create marketing materials and tools such as mailings brochures and sales presentations for new launches and campaigns.
- Coordinate with supply chain manager to ensure stock and purchases align with marketing and sales needs.
- Negotiate with providers for printing and merchandising elements production and manage invoices to ensure budget optimisation.
- Build common European marketing activation proposals for new launches according to each channel to propose and negotiate with B2B clients.
- Produce European marketing reports with sales data and activation figures for each launch by country and channel.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance market trends and consumer feedback (when available).
- Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.
- Development of common European PLV material for new launches (tray pop-up)
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide support with pre-series management shipments and deals information.
- Creation of commercial deals for new launches and key period of the year depending on the stock in the 3 warehouses and sales needs.
- Assist marketing team on specific projects or events and develop prospecting sales materials for new launches or new channels.
