Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team ensuring smooth day-to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients insurance policies and ensure timely renewals.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients insurance carriers and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing insurance quotes and policy documentation as required.
  • Organize and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in the insurance or financial services industry is plus.
