Madrid Insurance Service Inc. is seeking a tech-savvy and dependable Remote IT Specialist to support our internal systems ensure network security and provide day-to-day tech support for staff. Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues resolving user inquiries promptly.
- Install configure and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Support data backup and recovery processes to safeguard information.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in IT services.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest enhancements to current systems.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and software tools.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently and manage time effectively.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in IT support a technical role is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance or finance-related software is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a remote environment is advantageous.
