As Group Head of Media & Cooperations (gn) you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for our paid offline media events trade fairs partnerships and market research across our brands: Bikeleasing Probonio and Bike2Future. You will lead an interdisciplinary team develop cross-channel communication strategies and shape the future of our media and partner landscape.
- You will have disciplinary leadership of a multidisciplinary team (media partnerships sponsorships trade fairs and events research).
- You will further develop the departments strategy in close collaboration with executive management and marketing leadership working cross-functionally with digital communications creative product and sales teams.
- You will advance media strategies and manage media agencies including responsibility for media budgets KPI tracking and reporting.
- Together with your team you will develop integrated media campaigns for B2B and B2C target groups based on campaign ideas and objectives.
- You will identify and develop strategic cooperation partners (e.g. in mobility HR tech insurance sports sustainability) with the goal of building a long-term partner network.
- You will also lead the market research division including target group analyses competitive monitoring and customer insights managing internal and external studies conducting regular market and trend analyses and providing data-driven decision-making support for marketing product and executive leadership.
Your profile
- You bring at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in media marketing communications strategic partnerships or market intelligence
- You have a proven track record in managing integrated media plans and cross-channel campaigns.
- You possess strong partnering skills and a robust network in B2B or B2B2C environments
- A solid understanding of modern mobility solutions HR tech or employee benefits is a plus
- Your experience in team leadership stakeholder management and project ownershipcombined with a structured strategic mindset and strong execution skillssets you apart
- You are fluent in both German and English with excellent negotiation skills in both languages
