We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and distributed team. This role will play a key part in scaling our global team and attracting top talent that aligns with our values culture and ambition.
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles (technical commercial and consulting)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements
- Source screen and interview candidates using modern tools and platforms
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and manage candidate communication with care and clarity
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting content events and campaigns
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in the SaaS or tech consulting space
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn AngelList and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with a proactive organized approach
- Experience working in fast-paced international teams is a plus
- Fluency in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus
