Position: PGT Psychology
We are hiring for a client who is seeking a qualified and dedicated PGT Psychology teacher to join their academic faculty. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of psychology and a passion for teaching committed to fostering students intellectual and social development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the psychology curriculum standards.
- Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions that encourage student participation.

- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback on their performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Guide students in understanding psychological theories and applications.

- Support students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of students academic performance and attendance.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Psychology or Education.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Psychology at the PGT level.
- Teaching certification or relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of psychological concepts and theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
