HR Recruiter
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit within the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the labor market.
- Collaborate with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in an on-site setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
