Job Description

HR Recruiter
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the labor market.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in an on-site setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to providing excellent candidate experience.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve recruitment strategies.
