Own and drive the sales process across multiple regions including lead qualification solution demos proposal development and closing deals.
Use and maintain the CRM (Zoho) to accurately track leads opportunities tasks and customer touchpoints.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales leads generated via marketing partners and direct enquiries.
Prepare and submit responses to tenders and RFIs in coordination with internal teams.
Manage and mentor a small sales team (currently 2 people) in Sri Lanka setting performance targets and ensuring follow-up discipline.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team to generate leads and increase regional engagement.
Work with Partner Managers and regional sales reps to support partner-led opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts reports and performance insights for the management team.
Represent Link4 in webinars virtual events and customer presentations when required.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience ideally with SaaS products.
Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal).
Demonstrated experience using CRM systems (preferably Zoho) to drive sales activity.
Strong presentation and communication skills capable of engaging C-level executives.
Process-driven and detail-oriented with a focus on follow-through.
Able to manage multiple sales regions and coordinate with distributed teams.
Experience working in or with teams across Asia-Pacific regions is highly regarded.
Familiarity with digital transformation e-Invoicing or ERP software is a plus.
