Job Description
Job Title: IT Procurement Specialist
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Mumbai (Kurla)
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract
Payroll: 2COMS
CTC-60000/month (Standard hike on last CTC)
Notice period-Immediate Joiners.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and procurement of IT-related goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement best practices excellent negotiation skills and hands-on experience working with ERP tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT procurement cycle including RFQ RFP RFI processes
Source and evaluate IT vendors and service providers for software hardware licenses AMC and related services
Handle vendor negotiation price comparison and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and specifications
Raise and track Purchase Orders (PO) through ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Ariba / Coupa etc.)
Maintain procurement records and support audits
Drive contract management
Requirements
2-4 years of core experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing
Hands-on experience with RFQ/RFP/RFI management
Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and selection
Strong knowledge of ERP tools (SAP Oracle Ariba Coupa etc.)
Experience in procurement of IT assets software licensing hardware and related services
Good understanding of procurement compliance and documentation
Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills
Preferred Industry Background:
BFSI / Financial Services
IT/ITES / Consulting
Conglomerates with centralized procurement functions
