Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for application development projects
- Partner closely with engineering QA DevOps and design to remove blockers and ship software
- Maintain clarity on timelines risks scope and release progress always a step ahead
- Collaborate to track and clear inter-team dependencies with speed and diplomacy
- Drive sprint planning retros and backlog grooming with technical depth
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal leadership
- Provide clear data-backed reports on delivery health milestones and risk posture
Must-Have Skills
- 5 8 years of experience in technical project management or program delivery
- Prior hands-on software development or engineering leadership experience
- Solid understanding of application architecture and cloud fundamentals (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Proven track record of working across cross-functional tech teams Dev QA DevOps
- Expertise in managing sprints epics dependencies and release planning
- Excellent communication collaboration and escalation management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or life sciences (HIPAA/FDA)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines monitoring and production support workflows
- Tools: JIRA Confluence Git cloud dashboards reporting tools
- Certification in Agile PMP or cloud platforms
