Records Coordinator
Opportunity to support digitization and file management projects within a government environment. Use SharePoint Excel and scanning tools in a structured office setting. Positions requested: 15. Full-time on-site role in Edmonton with responsibilities in document handling data entry and classification.

Responsibilities:
Apply file classification structures and retention schedules to records.
Perform records inventory and input data into templates using data entry tools.
Index sort scan file and box paper records in accordance with established procedures.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of digitized data.
Lift boxed records weighing up to 30 lbs.
Use Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
Operate within SharePoint Online for digital document handling.
Work both independently and as part of a team.
Follow privacy standards and internal policies for document handling.
Complete other administrative and file management tasks as required.
What you will need to succeed:
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
0.5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
0.5 years of experience using SharePoint Online.
1 year of experience working independently and in a group environment.
0.5 years of relevant experience in a similar records coordination or data entry role.
Education in records and archive management.
2 years of experience with file maintenance including creation of file structures and enclosures.
2 years of experience with the classification of records.
2 years of experience in document imaging OCR and electronic data extraction.
2 years of experience managing multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines.
2 years of experience working with information management policies directives and guidelines.
