Job Description

What Youll Do

As a Daxko Account Manager youll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of customers helping them get the most value from our solutions. Youll manage relationships drive growth within your accounts and identify new opportunitiesall while making a meaningful impact on organizations that improve lives every day.

What youll do:

  • Growing and managing a book of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling cross-selling and referrals
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs with a focus on both revenue and relationship-building
  • Becoming an expert in Daxkos solutions to confidently present our value to key stakeholders like Presidents CFOs COOs and CIOs
  • Navigating negotiations that align with both customer goals and Daxkos growth strategy
  • Proactively reaching out to clients and prospects via calls emails and video meetings
  • Conducting engaging product demos and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and strategic outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely data in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Staying ahead of market trends and providing valuable insights back to our product and marketing teams

Qualifications :

What You Bring to the Table

  • A passion for helping others succeedwith the drive and confidence to hit ambitious goals
  • A natural relationship builder who knows how to listen lead and close deals
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Requirements:

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience managing customer accounts including renewals and expansion
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points for:

  • 5 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry

Location Preference

While this role may offer some flexibility we strongly prefer candidates located in or near Birmingham AL or Chicago IL to collaborate more closely with our teams and customers in these regions.


Additional Information :

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $94700 - $147000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
