Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Customer Account Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and managing account performance. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Understand client goals and deliver tailored solutions
Maintain and update customer records and account information
Resolve client concerns and inquiries efficiently and professionally
Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Identify upsell opportunities and support business development
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)
13 years of experience in customer service account management or a related role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
