We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role supports the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and streamlining strategic initiatives to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Support the preparation of presentations proposals and reports
Maintain CRM records and ensure all client data is up to date
Coordinate meetings calls and follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Support internal communications across departments regarding business goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in business development sales or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
