Job Description
Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Senior Instructional Designer to join our team for the upcoming Consulting Services for Asset Management Plan for Fiji Roads Authority
The objective of this assignment is to procure consulting services to provide Road Management Technical Assistance to Nepals Department of Roads (DoR) and Roads Board Nepal (RBN) as well as limited engagement with the Institute of Engineering (IoE).
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in civil engineering or equivalent however PhD shall be highly preferred. Any advanced degree in one of those fields will be an advantage.
- S/he shall have 15 years experience in teaching Transportation/Civil Engineering.
- S/he shall have experience in the development of training materials including needs assessments for minimum 5 assignments in last 10 years.
- S/he shall have 10 years experience in the development of learning objectives in an engineering field preferably pavement engineering.
- English language full proficiency (good or fair).
