Job Description

The Automotive Porter/Lot Attendant Supervisor at Honda of Frontenac is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the automotive porters and lot attendants. This role requires a strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the dealerships lot and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of automotive porters and lot attendants.
- Plan and delegate daily tasks to ensure the lot is clean and well-maintained vehicles are moved efficiently and safely and customer needs are met.
- Conduct daily lot checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and in proper condition.
- Oversee the washing and detailing of vehicles as well as the appearance of the lot and showroom.
- Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for test drives.
- Maintain a clean and organized service department and service lanes.
- Assist with customer transportation needs including shuttling vehicles and providing loaner vehicles when necessary.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as safety standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
-- Previous supervisory or management experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle operations preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
