Job Description
- Design implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive organisational efficiencies including maintenance and expansion of existing automations
- Collaborate with development teams to optimise application performance resource utilisation and system security
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues participating in on-call rotations for critical system support
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure and platform capabilities
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Create documentation conduct training and share knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders
Qualifications :
- A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or Information Technology along with minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Track record of practical problem solving.
- Good understanding of scripting (e.g. PowerShell Bash Go Ansible) and automation skills.
- Container orchestration and associated tooling (K8s helm terraform etc.)
- CI/CD pipeline skills in general
- Knowledge in one of the major tool sets (Azure pipelines Bitbucket Gitlab etc.)
- Knowledge of docker and containerization.
- A natural desire to discover and learn new technologies and processes.
- Proactively take initiative and responsibility.
- Knowledgeable in Linux/Unix/Windows.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills along with an innovative mindset.
- Willingness to accept challenges and show high level of enthusiasm
