Work Performed:

TheBaristawill be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:

• Provide high-quality guest service through outstanding interpersonal relations informing guests about available food beverage and retail items for purchase and about amenities in the hotel and surroundingarea.
• Marketavailable food beverage and gift shop itemstoguests.
• Prepare specialty coffee drinks in accordance withrecipes.
• Clean and disinfect thecaf.
• Maintainand refreshmerchandise and fooddisplays.
• Capture all sales according to company guidelines including responsibility forthe cashdrawer.
• Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be at risk of cross-contamination especially focusing on cleaning and sanitizingsinks side boards and refrigerators clean andsanitized.
• Date and rotate fooddaily.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Prior customer service experience.
• Food Safety certificate or complete training during initial 30 days.

Preferred:

• Six months experience in food service.

Preferred Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical:

• Ability to lift pull and push up to 50poundsregularly.
• Ability to bend and squat repeatedly.
• Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift.

Availability:

• Flexible towork dayshifts early mornings weekends and holidays.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
