Your hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm in our CBD office.

Your role with us:
Youll be the go-to barista running our coffee station keeping things stocked and tidy and making everything from morning espressos to much-needed afternoon pick-me-ups. Working side by side (literally) with Luke our Caf Manager youll be an essential part of the team making sure everyone gets their daily dose of caffeine and good vibes. Its a busy setup but without the usual caf chaosjust a fun fast-moving office where your skills will make you the MVP. If you love coffee good banter and being the most popular person in the office this is the gig for you!

What you will do:

• Beverage Quality: Prepare high-quality coffee tea smoothies and juices with consistency.
• Coffee Machine Mastery: Operate the coffee machine and adjust settings for the perfect brew.
• Customer Experience: Recommend drinks and create a welcoming vibe.
• Clean & Maintain: Keep the coffee station and equipment spotless and sanitized.
• Efficiency & Stock: Manage multiple orders while tracking and restocking supplies.
• Product Knowledge: Understand coffee varieties smoothies juices allergens and preferences.
• Food Safety: Adhere to hygiene handling and storage protocols.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 4 years experience working in specialty coffee
• Experience working in a fast-paced environments
• Good vibes!

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with stock maintenance reporting and ordering
• Experience liaising with cafe supplies providers
