Job Description

Administrator (Sustainability and Investment)

  • Salary: 26561per annum plus benefits.
  • Home-based with occasional travel.
  • 37 hours per week (Mon Fri with Flexitime)
  • Permanent Role

The role and what you take care of:

In the role of Administrator within our Sustainability and Investment team you will play an integral part in advancing the teams objectives. Working closely with the Sustainability and Investment Manager and wider team members you will deliver comprehensive administrative support manage data collection activities ensure the integrity of governance processes and maintain strict document control. Your contributions will be essential to the continuous progress of the teams initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support to the Sustainability and Investment team.
  • Support the management of New Homes Development grants through effective administrative support.
  • Support impact sustainability and other reporting through data collection across the business.
  • Administrate support governance and ensure effective document management of the Land and Property Options (L&PO) group.
  • Support the Programmes Lead (Grants and Funding) with the administration of grants as required.
  • Maintaining key data sets and communication across Growth Sustainability and Grants and Delivery in relation to new homes and grants.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven administration and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to independently manage and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities meeting tight deadlines when required.
  • Excellent communication skills when engaging with colleagues external stakeholders and customers across diverse settings.
