About the Role

As an Account Manager at emergiTEL youll be trusted to lead client relationships grow accounts and shape recruitment strategies. Youll have the freedom to work independently the tools to succeed and a team culture that supports your growth every step of the way.

What Youll Do

  • Win New Business: Youll identify and secure new clients across the private sector especially in techleveraging your expertise to open doors and close deals.

  • Own the Relationship: Build long-term trusted partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers.

  • Shape the Solution: Work with recruiters to deliver the right talent by deeply understanding client needs and team dynamics.

  • Drive End-to-End Success: From discovery to offer acceptance and onboardingyoull manage the full client experience.

  • Grow With Impact: Your performance will directly contribute to our growth and your input will help shape how we operate.

What You Bring

  • 5 years in account management or business development ideally in IT staffing or recruitment

  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced B2B sales environment

  • Deep understanding of the IT sector hiring challenges and current trends

  • A hunters mindset with a relationship builders heart

  • Excellent communication negotiation and client advisory skills

  • Self-motivation and independencewith the desire to make a mark
