Are you an experienced logistics professional driven to see your work directly impact the operational readiness of the U.S. Air Force Join a critical mission at Robins Air Force Base the heart of our nations depot maintenance and sustainment enterprise. @Orchard is supporting a Federal Contract seeking multiple dedicated Production Management Specialists to ensure the timely repair and return of vital Air Force assets keeping our warfighters equipped and ready for any challenge.

The Mission: Deliver combat power for America. As a Production Management Specialist you will be on the front lines of this mission orchestrating the complex flow of organic and contract repair activities. You are the critical link ensuring that workloads are predicted funded and managed with precision directly contributing to the availability and reliability of the aircraft and systems that project American air power across the globe.

In this role you will provide journeyman-level support acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to your team. Your expertise will not only manage the production pipeline but also enhance the capabilities of the entire logistics team creating a stronger more effective sustainment force.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly support Government Supply Planners in the execution of organic and contract repair programs managing asset shipments funding allocation and workload negotiation.
• Actively monitor and manage the production efforts and component delivery schedules for all planned maintenance activities ensuring timelines are met.
• Serve as a subject matter expert providing invaluable training assistance and guidance on complex logistics systems and processes to fellow team members.
• Master and leverage a comprehensive suite of logistics and financial systems to execute the mission. This includes but is not limited to:
• Planning & Execution: Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis Planning & Execution (ESCAPE) / Service Parts Management (SPM) G004L EXPRESS Depot Repair Enhancement Program (DREP) and Maintenance Planning and Execution System (MP&E).
• Financial Management: Automated Budget Control System (ABCS) repair budget forecasting and developing Repair Budget Narratives.
• Contract Management: Contract Repair Management System (CRMS) Purchase Request Process System (PRPS) preparing repair Purchase Instrument packages and managing the Expiring Contracts Process and contract closeouts.
• Asset Visibility: Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV-AF).
• Take ownership of critical processes from establishing MISTR lines and managing Temporary Work Orders (G004L) to executing and prioritizing repair actions through EXPRESS.

Required Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) logistics programs.
• Proven ability to provide guidance and assistance on logistics systems and processes.
