Heres where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. Youll primarily be responsible for planning directing and overseeing facilities for the Northwest Region.

Other responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager role include:

  • Coordinates with Bothell operational leaders to ensure staff is adequately resourced with equipment and furniture to perform the essential functions of their positions.
  • Coordinates facility maintenance and repair vendors to minimize office disruptions and maintain a safe and functioning environment.
  • Reviews and approves vendor payables for Bothell office.
  • Maintains floor plan for all office locations and works with operational HR EVPs and sales executives to plan for and provide adequate workspace for employees to accomplish their jobs.
  • Coordinates and organizes moves of personnel as needed.
  • Liaise with Property Managers in maintaining a safe and well-maintained office environment including parking facilities and common areas.
  • Organizes and maintains off site records with assistance at local operational level to be in compliance with corporate standard.
  • Maintains Personal Property inventories for Hub Northwest offices for tax reporting purposes.
  • Assists with regional office and equipment leasing decisions and record keeping. Organizes and maintains on and off-site records.
  • Sets up and manages carrier EFT direct deposit facility.
  • Reviews and approves some vendor payables for Hub Northwest region with input from operational leaders as needed.

The expected salary range for this position is $95000 to $125000 annually impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
