Discover Impactful Work:
The role of Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist at Olink is to provide customers with high-quality analysis and service using Olinks products.
A Day in the Life:
- Perform analyses using Olinks products within routine Analysis Service in compliance with Olinks internal regulations.
- Handle analyze and process laboratory samples (small to large sample sets) with high quality and per established protocols.
- Work independently within our small team and collaborate effectively with other employees and internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the lab.
- Communicate with internal customers and provide customer service-focus on all aspects of the work.
- Collaborate with more experienced Research Associates to solve technical or sample-related issues and customer or general problems.
- Take on additional projects and tasks at the request of the manager.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelors degree within the Life Sciences field required.
Experience
- 1 year experience in laboratory with large sample cohorts and service organizations preferred.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day tasks.
- Detailed self-motivated and proactive great teammate interested in collaborating across teams and fields.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Detailed experience in Microsoft Office programs and an ability to learn other software and systems.
