Discover Impactful Work:

The role of Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist at Olink is to provide customers with high-quality analysis and service using Olinks products.

A Day in the Life:

  • Perform analyses using Olinks products within routine Analysis Service in compliance with Olinks internal regulations.
  • Handle analyze and process laboratory samples (small to large sample sets) with high quality and per established protocols.
  • Work independently within our small team and collaborate effectively with other employees and internal and external customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the lab.
  • Communicate with internal customers and provide customer service-focus on all aspects of the work.
  • Collaborate with more experienced Research Associates to solve technical or sample-related issues and customer or general problems.
  • Take on additional projects and tasks at the request of the manager.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelors degree within the Life Sciences field required.

Experience

  • 1 year experience in laboratory with large sample cohorts and service organizations preferred.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day tasks.
  • Detailed self-motivated and proactive great teammate interested in collaborating across teams and fields.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Detailed experience in Microsoft Office programs and an ability to learn other software and systems.
