The Accreditation Risk Manager is responsible for monitoring coordinating delegating and performing all annual and ongoing due diligence audits for the Pharmacys accreditations. They shall also ensure compliance with Amazon Pharmacys obtained accreditations along with oversight of related compliance and quality programs. The Accreditation Risk Manager will serve as the interpretive expert for the required accreditation standards applicable to their program and support the Pharmacy in identifying new accreditation needs based on forward-looking business strategy.
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Certified Technician or greater with active and in good standing license and in domicile state as required by state BOP
- Knowledge of National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) or other applicable regulatory experience
- Project management experience where individual demonstrated strong organizational skills and communication skills for success
- Experience drafting policy procedure and/or critical business update content
- Passion for Pharmacy compliance best practices
- Experience using MS Office products including Word and Outlook.
- Bachelor preferred
- 12 months experience at Amazon Pharmacy or 12 months experience in a compliance or quality related role
- Ability to travel frequently
- ACHC knowledge
- LegitScript knowledge
- Ability to promote a team atmosphere
