POSITION: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Location: Flower Mound Tx.

Overall Requirements:

Our Sales Department is looking for an experienced high-energy Inside Sales Representative. In this role you will help drive revenue across key verticals including Private Networks MSOs SLED Utilities Energy and Enterprise. If you have a love of technology and a knack for building relationships and want to see your work make a real impact this could be your perfect next move.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business and Deepen Relationships
    • Proactively identify and close new opportunities across a defined territory or account portfolio
    • Expand relationships with existing accounts to uncover new revenue streams
    • Focus on selling both network equipment and repair services to maximize customer value



  • Deliver Tailored Services
    • Provide consultative solutions-driven sales to address each clients unique technical and business needs
    • Confidently present hardware and service offerings to key stakeholders-including technical teams and C-level decision makers



  • Manage Your Pipeline and Results
    • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
    • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account records
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
    • Lead the strategy design and implementation of an RFQ (Request for Quote) platform that streamlines equipment sales and repair services.

Qualifications:

  • 3years in business development inside sales or account management ideally in Aftermarket Equipment Repair or Managed Services environments.
  • Strong grasp of cost models technical services and margin-based selling
  • Solutions-based selling approach with technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging presentations and conversations
  • Experience with MSOs Private Networks or other telecom verticals is a plus
  • Driven coachable and excited to work in a fast-paced growing company.
