At Thermo Fisher Scientific our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System is designed to coach facilitate and grow the continuous improvement culture throughout the organization. In this role you will work closely with business leadership and sites to establish and mature the PPI System across the organization. This position partners with key collaborators to establish multi-year plans via strategy deployment tools and leading kaizen activity to enable the teams to achieve their business goals and objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $118100.00$177200.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
