Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
- Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: support the planning and execution of regular team meetings manage stakeholder communications and provide clear timely updates on project status. This role will focus on aligning customer and regional needs particularly within the United States and Canada markets where the role is located.
- Drive Operational Excellence: assist in managing the release cadence of supporting solutions such as mounting systems ensuring compliance and operational readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Manufacturing Quality and Regulatory to support installed base management and maintenance initiatives and projects.
- Support cross-functional change programs to drive definition of best practices and standard work. This includes initiatives such as aftermarket license management continuous improvement for installation and deployment processes and activation of new offerings.
- Support the CARESCAPE Premium Monitoring sales team through product presentations customer visits and sales support.
- This person will partner closely with Senior Global Product Managers within the Monitoring Solutions business and will report to the Director of Global Product Management Parameters and IoMT.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering Marketing or related business field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or product development
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link operational requirements to project deliverables
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a global and cross functional team environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated fluency in English.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of global teams schedules and customers
- Ability to travel both local and global 5-10% of the time

Preferred/Desired Characteristics:
- 4 years of experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders and in working in a matrixed environment preferably in a medical or healthcare industry
- 3 years of experience working with internal and external customers and colleagues including both verbal and written customer-facing communication
- 2 years of work experience with product development teams and install base management
- Clear thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Utilizes technical expertise and judgment to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates passion and eagerness to learn about the clinical aspects of monitoring solution products and the patient outcomes we help drive
- Ability to independently lead and influence others demonstrates self-motivation enjoys navigating complex situations and enjoys autonomy in execution once a clear problem statement has been set.
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral ethical and personal values in decisions communications actions and when dealing with others. Maintains operational quality and financial compliance.
