A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service and Sales Operations Sr Manager to join our team. This role involves managing field corrective actions overseeing auto programs and ensuring compliance with various programs. Additionally the position includes responsibilities for new hire field onboarding. The role will support the Cardiovascular (CV) Neuroscience and Med Surg business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Corrective Actions (FCAs):Manage FCAs primarily focused on the CV portfolio.
  • Auto Programs:Oversee a fleet program for Med surg field employees and a mileage reimbursement program for CV and neuroscience field employees.
  • Compliance Programs:Manage radiation badge compliance for field employees exposed to radiation credentialing for hospital access and various inventory audits.
  • New Hire Onboarding:Ensure new hires have laptops iPads welcome letters and access to online training and necessary resources such as Amex cards and security badges.
  • The position covers the entire US and does not require travel.

  • Strong knowledge of field workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is an office-based position that will support our all-US role is expected to be in the field 4 days per week from Minneapolis offices.

Leadership and Talent Management:Manages at least one (department function geography typically comprised of other People or Program managers and / or supervisors and experienced professionals.
Recommends strategies goals and plans for a group.
Authorizes hiring firing promotion and reward within own area.

Required Knowledge and Experience:Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$143200.00 - $214800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
