About the role
As Factory Manager for the Local Assembly (LA) Factory in Lund you will lead the main GPHE assembly site through a period of strategic transformation. You will ensure the factory has the right resources capabilities and culture to deliver long-term sustainable business results. You will have full end-to-end supply chain responsibility and accountability for the factorys performance and development. You are part of the Operations Management team of the Business unit.

Support ERP implementation and factory readiness.

Foster inclusion accountability and learning.
Uphold Alfa Lavals values and standards.
Supply Chain & Product Development
Maintain strong supply chain processes.
Support supplier and product development with key functions.
We believe you are a seasoned leader with solid experience in factory and supply chain management. You thrive in international fast-paced environments and bring strong communication skills a passion for change and a hands-on approach to driving improvement. Known for your inclusive leadership positive mindset and ability to empower others you create structure deliver results and lead with purpose.
