In collaboration with other Technical Leads Product Managers Product Designers and other Engineering team members you will identify opportunities and assess feasibility of solutions at Assent. You will provide technical guidance influence decision-making and align data engineering initiatives with business goals during Assents roadmap development. Additionally you will drive technical strategy team execution and process improvements to build resilient and scalable data systems. As part of the Data Engineering team you will bring your passion to leading data engineering efforts mentoring a growing team and building robust scalable data infrastructure.
