Role & Responsibility
The primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between the different business teams needs and technical solutions.
This role can encompass a variety of responsibilities including:
- Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering and Plant teams to understand their needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.
- Project Management:Oversee the delivery of IT projects ensuring they meet business requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Service Management:Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.
- Change Management:Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.
- Training: Training the business teams about the new tools and technologies
- Alignment to IT Goals:Promote the use of emerging technologies to drive business innovation and efficiency. Align with Adient IT Goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Information Technology Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Experience : 6 Years
- Working experience of Teamcenter RAC AWC and other modules of Teamcenter such as structure manager Manufacturing Process Planner Query builder Change Management
- Good understanding of Engineering Bill of Materials Manufacturing Bill of Materials precise & imprecise BOMs
- Good understanding of Product development and ERP applications
- Should be able to support the integration between Engineering applications and Manufacturing systems
- Knowledge & understanding of data enrichment and transfer tools between applications
- Should have experience in working on Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for requirement / Bugs creation and tracking
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of interpreting complex datasets and visualizing information effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Azure DevOps user level Proficiency in Excel MS Project MS PPT Agile Methodology
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work in a team environment facilitating communication and ensuring project goals are met collaboratively.
