We are looking for aBI-SSRS Reports Developer .This position willbeFull Time andHybrid Mode - Bangalore.
What Youll Do
- Computer Sciencedegree and 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training.
- Experience withagile development methodologies.
- Deep understanding of reports development best practices including code reviewssource controlmanagement testing and operations.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages platforms and open-source technologies.
- UtilizeCodingscripting skillson Database likeSQLand data tools to develop scalable and maintainable Reportsdashboards. Ensure code quality through unit testingdebugging and documentation practices.
- Identifyperformance bottlenecksindata processingand analytics workflows and optimize codealgorithms and infrastructure to enhancescalability speed and efficiency. Implementparallel processingcaching mechanisms and other optimization techniques as required.
- Provide tier 3 support in-group and out of group customers as well as make safe changes toproduction systems(OS database and application).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends tools and techniques indata analyticsbig data and related technologies. Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and improve data and analytics capabilities.
- Expertise in DB scripting onSQLand designing report.
What Youll Need
- Proven experience as a report developer software engineer or data engineer with a focus on SQL server reporting services (SSRS).
- Expert in database querying capability to build and track complex KPIs on SQL.
- Working experience on SQL DB is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn on own.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g SAP BO Power BI or similar).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP) and their data services is an add on.
- Knowledge on Databricks Python scripting Grafana.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor.
