Job Description
Benugo is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Member to join our vibrant team in Manchester United Kingdom. As a Benugo Team Member youll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers from Cafe to Conference & Events.
This is a 7-day-operation and shifts may vary from 7am up to 2am on Event evenings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and restocking supplies
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service at all times
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Adapt to changing customer needs and peak service times with flexibility
Qualifications :
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable dining experiences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required (full training will be provided)
